Are you shocked, but not surprised every time you hear of racism towards a First Nations citizen in the healthcare system? Do you have experience conducting training for professionals and/or adults? If you answered yes to these questions, then keep reading this ad for your opportunity to support the First Nations self determination and governance as it applies to research and information to improve the wellbeing of First Nations people in Manitoba.

The Anti-Racism Training Coordinator is a newly created position at FNHSSM. This position will support the Project Lead by contributing to the development, delivery and expansion of Anti-Racism training initiatives.

·         Experience in facilitating anti-racism or cultural competency training;
·         Prior curriculum development and program evaluation;
