Who We Are:
Medicine Children’s Lodge Daycare is an Indigenous-led early learning and child care centre rooted in culture, land-based learning, language, and community. As we grow from 16 to 48 licensed spaces, we are building a team of educators who reflect and uplift the families we serve.
 
What We’re Looking For:
·         Valid ECE II classification in Manitoba
·         Current First Aid & CPR Level C
·         Clear Criminal Record Check; Child and Adult Abuse Registry Check
·         Completion of Commit to Kids training (or willingness to complete)
·         Completion of Accessibility for Manitobans Act training (or willingness to complete)
·         Experience in inclusive, play-based learning environments
·         Respect and appreciation for Indigenous knowledge, languages, and cultural practices
·         Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully as part of a diverse team
·         Experience working with children with supportive requirements is an asset
·         Ability to communicate effectively with adults and children in English; an Indigenous language is an asset
·         Experience working with circle of security framework is considered an asset
