We are seeking qualified Engineering graduates for our Engineer-In-Training Program, with employment to commence in 2026. Recent graduates or those graduating by April 2026 are invited to apply.
Our Program offers exciting and diverse career opportunities, allowing you to join other graduates to develop the necessary skills, knowledge and experience to transform from an academic to a professional business environment. You will be exposed to challenging assignments that will provide training towards a Professional Engineer designation.
This Program will consist of various rotation opportunities throughout Manitoba Hydro to provide you with exposure to various engineering activities over a period of approximately 24 months. While progressing through the program, you are expected to achieve your professional accreditation from Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Computer, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering from a university of recognized standing.
- Possess a valid Class 5 Manitoba Driver's Licence.
Salary Range
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $32.51-$45.74 Hourly, $62,293.92-$87,654.58 Annually.
