FNHSSM is currently looking for a Dauphin Team Nurse or Dietitian who will travel to First Nation communities in western Manitoba to provide DIP services.  This is your chance to work in a department that is cutting edge and on the forefront of helping Manitoba First Nations communities and the people who live there.

·         This position is full-time, with no weekend shifts, travel will occur during the week;

What are we looking for? 
·         We require someone who is licensed to practice either as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse or a Registered Dietitian with at least 3 years experience and prior nursing or dietetics in either public health, dialysis units, ADI program or in a Nursing Station setting;
·         If you are a Certified Diabetes Educator, we want you to apply.  If you aren’t certified, that’s ok because we will provide you with extensive training;
·         Someone who can do overnight travel. This position requires travel to First Nations Communities, and will be required at a minimum of 9 days per month.  Weekend travel is not expected;
·         Someone with excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills.
