REQUIRES: 1 Year Term Case Aide Worker
LOCATION: Norway House Head Office
The Term Case Aide Worker will provide a range of administrative support work within the CFS Units.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
· Responsible for updating file content such as social histories, genograms and other documents as required.
· Responsible for consulting with case managers and supervisors to obtain final approval of written documentation.
· To provide support to case managers.
· Other duties that may be assigned.
· Responsible for maintaining confidentiality in accordance with the KSMA Policy and Procedures Manual and Child & Family Service Act.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Post-secondary education and/or experience in related field,
· Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills,
· Ability to work under minimal supervision and in a team setting,
· Must possess strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines,
· Ability to use a variety of computer applications such as Microsoft Word & Excel,
· Must possess a valid Driver’s License,
· Applicants must provide an up-to-date Criminal Risk Assessment, Child Abuse Registry Check and Prior Contact Check,
· Norway House Cree Nation band members and other First Nations candidates will be given first preference.
