POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Term Position Available (anticipated December 1, 2025 up to June 30, 2026)
SALARY: $52,988 - $74,570 per annum
POSITION LOCATION: Notre Dame Campus (Winnipeg, MB)

DUTIES
Reporting to the Chair of BN Program Labs, the Educational Assistant in the Nursing Programs will share the responsibilities for ordering supplies, the preparation of practical labs, demonstration of techniques, and supervision of students.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor or Diploma of Nursing, Diploma of Practical Nursing or a Health Care Aid certificate combined with equivalent work experience may be considered
- Several years of recent and relevant clinical experience within the nursing/health care aid field
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and in group settings
- Ability to use conflict resolution techniques to facilitate positive outcomes
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to meet specified deadlines for deliverables associated with course timelines
- Ability to understand the learning needs associated with a variety of learning styles and abilities
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience building a respectful workplace culture that promotes diversity, learning and continuous improvement
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working within Adult Education
