Duties:
Clerk 3 Administrative Stream duties will vary depending on the position. Duties may include:
• Assessing, processing and completing applications;
• Preparing statistical data or performing specialized tasks which requires independent research and compilation;
• Preparing, checking and completing payrolls;
• Data entry;
• Maintaining physical and electronic records.

Duties will include providing other clerical/administrative support as required.
Qualifications:
Essential:
  • Experience performing clerical and administrative duties in an office environment, such as data entry, preparing specialized or highly complex documents and processing detailed documentation and manual and electronic file maintenance.
  • Experience interpreting and applying policies and/or procedures.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and effectively manage deadlines.
  • Ability to work with a high level of accuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate effective working relationships with colleagues, other departments and a variety ofpartners.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
  • Proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) or similar software applications.
  • Effective written communication skills with experience drafting and editing correspondence or other communications.
  • Effective verbal communication skills to clearly and professionally communicate with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Desired:
  • Experience working with the public in front-line customer customer service-oriented environment. (e.g. serving the public inperson)
  • Experience working with SAP or an equivalent software.
