Position Summary
We are seeking reliable Setup & Dismantle Technicians to assist with live event production. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, setting up, and tearing down audio visual and staging equipment for events and conferences.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload event equipment
- Set up and dismantle staging, lighting, audio, video, and event equipment
- Run cables and assist with basic equipment placement
- Follow setup instructions from lead technicians and production managers
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with packing and organizing equipment after events
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- Comfortable working long hours and flexible schedules, including evenings, nights and weekends
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Previous event or labor experience is an asset
- Experience driving work vehicles an asset (class 5)
