WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Manager International Operations is responsible to provide effective management and supervision of staff and resources for the Centre for International Education and Global Partnerships. This position also assists the Director in budget processes, processing of office and staff expenditures, processing payments for services/commissions to International agents; processing student payments, reporting International student statistics, managing the International Student Health Plan; providing guidance on Polytech processes and policies; and developing and supporting processes to address international student and staff/instructor requirements. Supervisory duties include managing the recruitment and selection process for CSR staff positions, and supervising, training and delegating CSR staff responsibilities.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Relevant diploma in Business Administration; an equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience may be considered
- Significant experience in general office management and administrative operations
- Significant supervisory experience in a diverse work environment and demonstrated working experience in complex financial management and reporting
- Experience multi-tasking, working under pressure in an organized manner and meeting strict deadlines
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Effective leadership skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team environment
- Effective conflict resolution, analytical and problem-solving skills

- Salary Range for this position: $58,172 - $82,035 per annum
- Generous Paid Vacation: full-time employees accumulate a minimum of 15-days vacation per year, increasing to 30 days with service, while full-time Instructors accumulate 44 days per year. Information on casual and part-time vacation accrual is outlined in the Collective Agreement or the Terms and Conditions for Excluded Employees as applicable
- December Break: employees receive time off with pay during the period between Boxing Day and New Year's Day
