Key Responsibilities


Invoicing and Payment Processing

·         Perform daily audits of invoicing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
·         Issue and post payments for clients and suppliers.
·         Post commission payments in the back office system.
·         Post credit card charges in the back office system.


Agent Support and Invoice Adjustments

·         Process agent requests, including void requests and invoice modifications.


Client Reporting

·         Prepare client reports and client statements.
