PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
FULL TIME TERM (3 YEARS) POSSIBLE EXTENSION
 

Under the direction of and reporting to the Pusiko Development Chief Executive Officer, the Project Administrator will use a collaborative approach to provide expertise over the life of the Project.  This is an initial three (3) year term with the expectation of extension.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Supports the collaboration of the project team and facilitates resolution of issues
·         Works with the Project Manager to develop and implement project process and procedures, undertake contactor management, project monitoring
·         Facilitates issue management, risk management, change management
·         Supports and backstops progress and review meetings
·         Responsible for project reporting, communications, general administration 
·         Maintain the flow of information within the Project to ensure communication is inclusive and the team is well informed
·         Prioritize conflicting deadlines
·         Coordinate expense reporting, reimbursement and time reporting
·         Oversee and coordinate meetings and meeting preparation
·         Coordinate travel and related logistical arrangements
·         Coordinate and track community and stakeholder engagement
·         Maintain and track a detailed priority list of project requirements and commitments.
·         Retention and distribution of Project records and documents.
·         Supporting and building strong relationships.
 
Qualifications and Professional Experience
·         Degree in Business Administration or equivalent to Business Administration
·         3+ years of executive-level or project administrative experience
·         1+ years in capital projects
·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to relate effectively, reliably and professionally
·         Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build multi-level relationships
·         Ability to demonstrate tact, diplomacy and professionalism and exercise discretion 
·         Strong written and verbal communication skills
·         Strong document retention skills

·         Demonstrates a positive attitude and approach
·         A high standard of judgment, problem solving and initiative
·         Strong time management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
·         A dedicated and committed team player
·         Detail-orientated with superior time management and organizational skills.
·         Excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.  
·         The ability to speak Ininew or Dene is an asset.
·         Must provide a currently clear Criminal Records check and fingerprints, Child and Vulnerable persons checks, prior to commencement of employment.
