The Legal and Policy Advisor is a newly created position at FNHSSM. This position will support the Senior Legal Advisor by managing legal interests, risks and obligations across the full spectrum of the organizations programs and governing structure.

· A Juris Doctor of Law Degree or Bachelor of Laws Degree;
· Good standing with the Law Society of Manitoba, or eligible for obtaining registration;
· Knowledge of Canadian health legislation and Treaty Right to Health.
