Manitoba Hydro's Digital & Technology team is helping to drive an exciting evolution for the company and is actively recruiting for our Career Development Program. There has never been a more exciting time to join Manitoba Hydro's team of digital and technology experts as the company begins to implement a long-term vision that will transform Manitoba Hydro into the utility of the future: modern, customer-centric, and positioned to thrive in a rapidly changing energy landscape.
Our Program consists of a variety of rotations within the Digital & Technology landscape over a period of approximately 24 months. While employed in this Program, trainees will be given work assignments that will assist them in their transformation from an academic environment to professional business environment.

Opportunities for exposure may include these areas of interest:
- Cyber Security
- Data Analytics and Data Science
- Digital Transformation (including artificial intelligence and automation)
- Cloud Enablement and Security
- Process Enablement
- Business Analysis
- Application Platform Services
- Infrastructure and Operations support (including network, database management, software operations, server management and client services support)
Qualifications:
- Degree from an Accredited Post-Secondary University in the following fields of Science, Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Computer Science; or
- Diploma from an Accredited Post-Secondary College in the field of Computer and Information Systems Technology and/or Technology Management; or
- Equivalent Degree or Diploma.
Salary Range
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $30.32-$40.63 Hourly, $58,095.96-$77,854.66 Annually.
